Abseil challenges have always been popular. We take you to the most stunning spots and often do abseils in the golden hour while the sunsets. 

There are some wonderful caves in the peak district which teams can use a map to explore- whilst safety is managed by our specialist cave guides in this awesome outdoor activity.
