Our Story
Adventure is part of what makes us human, our hearts beat faster and what makes us feel alive. We need adventure to stay wild, free and happy. We started Incentive Adventure as a way to provide authentic immersive adventures, in style. We want to welcome everyone on an adventure; no matter what age, shape, size you are or however much you like your comforts, we'll get you feeling like an adventure hero or heroine whilst staying safe and luxurious.
Who are we?
Polly Harmer- CEO
Polly is a dreamer- she likes to go big on any project . She has a background in leading and consulting on personal and team building programs and adventure team building worldwide. Based in Chamonix, Polly is qualified to take you up any mountain in the world. Polly is friendly, positive and loves to have a good time.

Lou Reynoulds - IFMGA Alpine Mountain Guide
Lou is extremely dedicated, hard working and lovely. She is great fun to spend time with and very knowledgeable about how and where to take anyone on a mountain adventure in the Alps. Lou has an infectious giggle which we love being around!
She is highly qualified and experienced and this really shows by how Lou takes our clients up mountains in style.
Tom Grant- Steep skiing expert and IFMGA Guide
Tom is a can-do individual. He makes difficult things seem easy and generally takes life with a smile. Tom is one of the most talented and experienced steep skiers in Europe and it is guaranteed you will have a great day out on the mountain with Tom.
Fred Degoulet- French Alpinist and wine connoisseur
Fred is one of France's most skilled alpine climbers having won the esteemed Piolet d'or award (global golden axe award in mountaineering). Fred is not without a sense of humour and it is always entertaining being guided about by this man. He is a true French man loving his wine and cheese and he will take no less than the best.
Farahn Mumtaz- UK Host
Faz actually comes from a film and anthropology background. He is extremely talented at entertaining people and providing them with experiences which are no less than the best.
Carron Scrimgeour - Medical Advisor and Musician
Carron is the long standing chief medic (he is French but he studied medicine in Edinburgh) for the Chamonix valley rescue team. He works with us to advise on best practice medical issues so hopefully you will never meet him in this role. He is also the bassist for a local band which can play should you wish to have live music during your Chamonix stay.
Sally Swannick-UK host and adventure agent
Sally is a natural host and bubbly people person. She is also an expert canoe guide. On top of this she is a UKCA Transactional Analysis trainer. Sally facilitates our corporate development programs in the UK; with over 15 years experience in helping companies reflect deeply on their work and coming togteher through having fun.
